Buranku Atlas
The Financial World In One Place
Terms of Service
Effective date: 24 September 2026 · Last updated: 24 September 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of Buranku Atlas, available at https://burankuatlas.com (“Service”).
The Service is operated by João Robalo, based in Portugal (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Contact: [email protected]
These Terms, together with the subscription information presented before purchase, form your agreement with us when you accept them during registration or purchase.
Please read these Terms before subscribing and save a copy for your records.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
2. Eligibility and account access
The Service is intended for individual users aged 18 or older.
Access requires an account and approval by an authorized Buranku Atlas administrator. Signing in or requesting access does not guarantee approval.
You must provide accurate account information and protect the Google account you use to access the Service.
Your account is for your own use. You must not share access, impersonate another person, or sell or transfer your account without our permission.
Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are not automatically responsible for unauthorized activity merely because it occurred through your account.
If we collect payment but decline your application without providing the purchased access, we will refund that payment.
3. The Service and financial information
Buranku Atlas provides financial market information and research tools, which may include market data, news, economic calendars, analysis, watchlists, portfolio tracking, dashboards, alerts, client books, notes, and reports.
The features included in your subscription are those described before purchase.
The Service provides general information and research tools. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice.
Reports, indicators, alerts, and other content should not be treated as recommendations tailored to your personal circumstances.
Saving portfolio information does not mean that we manage your investments or assess whether an investment is suitable for you.
Market information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Calculations and alerts may depend on third-party information and data you enter. You should independently verify information before making financial decisions.
Investments involve risk, including loss of capital. We do not promise returns or particular investment outcomes.
These statements do not remove our obligation to provide the Service as agreed or any responsibility imposed by applicable law.
4. Monthly subscriptions and payments
Paid access is offered through monthly subscriptions for individuals.
Before purchase, we will display the subscription price, currency, applicable taxes, included features, billing frequency, and renewal arrangements.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, where automatic renewal has been clearly disclosed and accepted at checkout.
A monthly billing period follows the dates stated in your subscription confirmation. It does not necessarily correspond to a calendar month.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Complete payment card details do not reach or get stored in Buranku Atlas’s systems.
You must use a payment method you are authorized to use.
If payment fails, we may ask you to update your payment details. We may suspend paid access if payment remains outstanding after reasonable notice.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a subscription price increase takes effect. You may cancel before being charged the increased price. A price increase will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling future renewals
You may cancel your subscription’s renewal by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date.
Your message must clearly identify the account or subscription you wish to cancel. No particular wording is required.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access until that period ends and will not be charged for the following billing period.
Cancellation is effective based on when we receive your request, even if our confirmation follows later.
There is no cancellation fee.
Simply stopping use of the Service or disconnecting Google sign-in does not cancel your subscription.
Payments for the current billing period
Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable once the purchased access has been provided.
Cancelling partway through a billing period, choosing not to use the Service, or accessing only some reports or features does not entitle you to a full or partial refund.
This means that ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal while allowing you to continue using the Service for the remainder of the period already paid for.
Failure to provide access
If we collect payment but never provide the purchased access, we will refund the payment in full.
If access becomes unavailable during a paid period, contact us so we can investigate and restore it. Your rights to correction, a price reduction, termination, or reimbursement remain available where required by law.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from entering the initial subscription contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Any longer period required by law remains applicable.
To withdraw, email [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision and enough information to identify your subscription.
If you expressly requested that the Service begin during the withdrawal period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for services already provided, but only where all applicable legal conditions and information requirements have been satisfied.
Receiving access or logging in does not, by itself, waive your withdrawal right.
Any refund due following withdrawal will be issued within 14 days after notification, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Access ends when a statutory withdrawal takes effect.
Nothing in this section restricts mandatory consumer rights.
6. Acceptable use and fraudulent accounts
You must use the Service lawfully and respect the rights of others.
You must not:
- Access another person’s account or information without authorization.
- Introduce malware, disrupt the Service, or bypass security or access controls.
- Use automated tools to extract data in breach of applicable rights or access restrictions.
- Resell account access or redistribute protected content without permission.
- Upload unlawful material or information you do not have the right to provide.
- Remove ownership notices or misrepresent Buranku Atlas content as your own.
- Use false identities or create accounts to circumvent restrictions or carry out fraudulent payment or refund activity.
We may investigate suspected fraud and restrict accounts where justified and proportionate.
Exercising a statutory withdrawal, refund, or complaint right does not, by itself, constitute abuse.
These restrictions do not prevent activities that applicable law expressly permits and that cannot lawfully be restricted by contract.
7. Intellectual property
Buranku Atlas and its licensors retain their rights in the platform’s software, design, branding, and content.
During your authorized access, you may use the Service and its available features for your own personal research, subject to these Terms.
Third-party market data, articles, trademarks, and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
Your subscription does not grant a general right to republish, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit materials available through the Service.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of your own original notes, reports, or other content to us.
8. Your saved content, notes, and reports
This section applies to the watchlists, portfolio holdings, dashboards, alerts, client books, notes, and reports you create or save.
You retain any intellectual property rights you hold in content you submit.
You give us permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you use, review submitted reports, maintain the Service, and meet legal obligations.
Reports submitted for publication or sharing are available for review only by authorized administrators of Buranku Atlas. They are not made available to other users or the public.
Authorized administrators may use the “view as customer” function in accordance with the access restrictions described in our Privacy Policy.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your content. Do not include another person’s confidential or personal information unless you are authorized to do so.
We occasionally use ChatGPT to summarize notes or make their wording more concise. Only material containing no personal information is submitted for that purpose.
We do not submit user names, account information, portfolios, or other personal information to ChatGPT.
9. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and retain personal information. This includes information collected automatically from visitors, Google sign-in and account records, saved workspace information, cookies, and browser connections to third-party providers.
Cancelling a subscription and requesting account deletion are separate actions. You may request both by emailing [email protected].
An account deletion request will also be treated as a request to stop future subscription renewals. If you request immediate deletion, access may end before the current billing period expires. This does not itself create an additional refund entitlement.
Account closure does not require immediate deletion of information that we must lawfully retain, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Service quality, availability, and changes
We will provide the Service in accordance with its agreed description and applicable consumer requirements, including required updates.
If the Service is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, you may have rights to correction, a price reduction, or termination and reimbursement under applicable law.
Maintenance, security incidents, and third-party outages may interrupt access. Where practicable, we will give advance notice of planned interruptions.
We may change features for valid reasons, including security, legal requirements, technical compatibility, or changes in external data availability. Changes beyond those necessary to maintain conformity will not impose additional costs.
Where a change materially affects access or use, we will explain it in advance by email. Where applicable law provides, you may terminate without charge within 30 days of receiving the notice or the change taking effect, whichever is later. Statutory exceptions, including continued access to an unchanged and conforming Service without additional cost, remain applicable.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address:
- A material breach of these Terms.
- Unpaid subscription charges.
- Fraud, unauthorized access, or a security threat.
- A legal requirement or binding instruction from a competent authority.
Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary for urgent security or legal reasons.
Any restriction will be proportionate to the circumstances.
If we permanently discontinue your paid access for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will give reasonable notice where possible and refund the unused portion of your paid subscription.
Termination does not automatically forfeit amounts that must be refunded under applicable law.
Where legally required, we will enable retrieval of content you provided or created.
12. Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible for losses for which it is legally liable.
We do not guarantee investment performance. A trading loss alone does not establish that we breached our obligations.
The informational nature of the Service does not excuse a breach of contract or other conduct for which we are legally responsible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or reasonable operational needs.
We will publish the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date.
For material changes affecting an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email and explain when the changes take effect.
Changes will not apply retrospectively to remove rights you have already acquired. Where required, we will obtain your agreement before applying a change.
If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Any applicable right to immediate termination or reimbursement remains available.
14. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Where applicable, this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of habitual residence.
Disputes may be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
These Terms do not restrict your right to use a competent consumer dispute resolution body or make a complaint to an appropriate authority.
